Hey John! Just wanted to say "Hi!". I have been following this blog and really enjoy your pics and comments! Sometimes there is so much to say and not enough time, making it difficult to comment at all. I have learned quite a bit about the trail following your blog, not to mention a Nat. Geography movie about the trail, and coincidently, my dad is reading a book about the trail too! Pretty neat to put it all together in comparison to your story told here. I have also had a few hiking adventures this year. However they don't compare to what your doing, but I do keep you mind thinking " Damn he's doing this, but like a hundred time the intensity!" You have some tough footprints to follow! Keep it up!
